My mother recently underwent Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgery at this hospital, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent care she received. The orthopedic surgeon Dr Joseph George and medical team were highly professional, experienced, and very supportive throughout the entire process. The doctor explained the procedure clearly to our family and answered all our questions patiently, which gave us a lot of confidence before the surgery. The surgery was successful, and my mother is now recovering well with much less pain and better mobility. The nursing staff were very caring, attentive, and always ready to help. The hospital environment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for patients and their families. We sincerely thank the orthopedic team and the entire hospital staff for their dedication and compassionate care. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality orthopedic treatment, especially Total Knee Replacement surgery.

Carmel Hospital has shown great improvement over time. The quality of care, patient attention, and overall management have become much better compared to before. The doctors are approachable and dedicated, and the staff are more responsive and supportive now.

Excellent treatment, expert doctors and good clinical diagnosis. Everything was perfect from admitting the patient to discharge. Doctors explain everything about treatment plans and answer every questions. Clean and neat environment. Staffs are caring, kind,soft spoken and listening.

Sabu John Room No:307 admitted on 01/05/2026 , discharged on 07/05/2026.During our stay we good care and excellent service...all the nurses comes to us with sweet smile, excellent nursing care we got.. Doctors also listen to our problem and take action accordingly, housekeeping,cateen and pharmacy excellent.Over all the best care and good hospitality we got at Carmel Hospital. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hospital team for the excellent care provided to my father during his surgery and recovery. A special thanks to Dr. Sam for his constant support, clear explanations, and compassionate approach, which gave us great confidence throughout the process. And thanks to Dr.Jimmy ,Dr.Muneer . I would also like to appreciate the efforts of every department in the hospital. The ward where my father stayed was managed exceptionally well, and I would like to especially thank Incharge Deepa Sister and all the nursing staff for their attentive care, kindness, and dedication. They ensured my father was comfortable and well looked after at all times. In addition, I would like to acknowledge the support from the billing section, pharmacy, and housekeeping team. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. The rooms were always clean, hygienic, and maintained to a high standard. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and commitment shown by the entire hospital staff. Thank you all for your outstanding service.
